Announcing SWORDS AGAINST THE MOON MEN, an authorized sequel to Edgar Rice Burroughs’ THE MOON MAID

Last month I attended the ECOF (Edgar Rice Burroughs Chain of Friendship) convention in Irving, Texas, where I had a great time selling and signing books and hanging out with fellow Burroughs fans. During a panel on the new Wild Adventures of Edgar Rice Burroughs series, Jim Sullos, the president of Edgar Rice Burroughs, Inc., announced my upcoming novel in the line, Swords Against the Moon Men, a sequel to Burroughs’ The Moon Maid. I turned in the manuscript of the novel last week and it’s currently in its first round of editing. As discovering ERB’s works when I was a kid was the single most important factor that inspired me to become a writer, this project is a dream come true and fulfills my childhood ambition to write an authorized work continuing the tales of the Master of Adventure. Stay tuned for more details about the novel.

Jim Sullos, president of Edgar Rice Burroughs, Inc., with Wild Adventures of ERB authors Thomas Zachek (Tarzan Trilogy), Ann E. Johnson (Tarzan: The Greystoke Legacy Under Siege), and Lee Strong (A Soldier of Poloda), during the announcement of the forthcoming novel Swords Against the Moon Men.
